• Texture Quality should be set to a minimum of Medium, as at lower settings it’ll become more difficult to see players when quickly scanning rooms. 
• Shadows can safely be dropped to low, as this will only disable the more aesthetically pleasing effects, not the basic shadows you need to spot movement and enemy positions. 
• Set the Level of Detail to medium, as the graphical downgrade of Low can make it hard to parse opponents quickly. 
• Find a good middle ground with Texture Filtering - too high and it can impact performance, too low and the environment becomes too sharp and distracting. 
• Ambient Occlusion and Motion Blur can be turned off in the “.ini” settings file, and you’ll lose nothing by doing so. 
• As with any online game, you should make sure to turn off v-sync, as it can cause input lag. 
• If you’re still having issues, double-check that your graphics card and system settings are running in High-Performance mode, not Balanced or Power-Saving, and ensure that the game is using your graphics card and not your integrated graphics.
