Can I Run 7 Days to Die?
The 7 Days to Die system requirements include at least 4 GB of free disk space available. You will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, but a CPU equivalent or better than an AMD Athlon II X4 640 is recommended. Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon HD 5450 graphics card you can play the game, but the developers recommend at least a GPU equivalent to an AMD Radeon R7 240. The minimum RAM requirement is 6 GB RAM, but ideally have 12 GB.

- Turn Reflections and Shadows completely off. Disable Vsync too
- Bring up the game console by pressing F1. Then type 'gfx af0'. This disables Anisotropic filtering, which can be a large FPS boost.
- Disable any background applications, for example Game DVR or GeForce Experience
- If you're only just meeting the minimum 6 GB RAM requirement you may want to consider shutting background programs before running the game. Open task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) to see which programs are taking up the most RAM.
- Installing third party 7 Days to Die Mods may be the root of any performance issues you are having.
