Achromatic system requirements state that you will need at least 1 GB of RAM. An Intel Core i3-330E CPU is required at a minimum to run Achromatic. You will need at least 50 MB of free disk space to install Achromatic. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel HD 3000.

Achromatic will run on PC system with Windows XP SP2+ and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
