The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / nForce 630i. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. Ad Exitum system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Ad Exitum to its full potential.
