Alpha Response requirements

To run the Alpha Response requirements, you will need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU, an Intel Core i5-4440 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 20GB of HD space.

From the original creator of Counter-Strike, Gooseman, comes its spiritual successor: Alpha Response. Much like its predecessor, this co-op FPS shooter has an incredibly low bar to entry, with the Alpha Response system requirements posing no challenge to your average laptop or PC. 

In fact, the Alpha Response minimum requirements only call for an AMD Radeon HD 7970 graphics card, an AMD FX-6300 processor, and 8GB of RAM. Most of this hardware is more than a decade old, so most modern devices that turn on and have Windows 10 64-bit installed should have no issues getting the game to run.

As for the Alpha Response recommended specs, you'll need an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, an Intel Core i5-4440 CPU, and 16GB of RAM. Overall, this isn't a particularly high bar to meet, especially in the face of other modern releases. However, it is worth bearing in mind that the game is in an early access state, and so these requirements could go up just as much as they could go down. All that depends on what the developer, Gooseman, has planned.

Alpha Response size - How big is Alpha Response?

The current Alpha Response download size on PC requires 20GB of HD space. An SSD is not a requirement to play the game, but we'd recommend using one anyway to reduce loading times.
