Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 510 graphics card you can play the game. Altruistic system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. An Intel Core i5-12400F CPU is required at a minimum to run Altruistic. You will need at least 2 GB of free disk space to install Altruistic.

Altruistic will run on PC system with win10 and upwards.
