The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti is recommended in order to run Ambient DM with the highest settings. To play Ambient DM you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an AMD Phenom II X4 810. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 1 GB of free disk space available.
