BlueGlow system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. An Intel Core i5-4300U CPU is required at a minimum to run BlueGlow. Provided that you have at least an Intel HD 4400 graphics card you can play the game. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install BlueGlow.
