Brinemegeddon system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. To play Brinemegeddon you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-4340. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 to play the game. You will need at least 2 GB of free disk space to install Brinemegeddon. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 4 GB of free disk space on your system drive. Provided that you have at least an ATI FireGL V7350 graphics card you can play the game.
