Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 510 graphics card you can play the game. Bump and Run Racing system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 12 GB of RAM in order to run Bump and Run Racing to its full potential. An Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU is required at a minimum to run Bump and Run Racing.
