Carrier system requirements state that you will need at least 1 GB of RAM. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is a modern graphics card. To play Carrier you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 2.20GHz. You will need at least 80 MB of free disk space to install Carrier.

Carrier will run on PC system with Windows 7 and upwards.
