An Intel Core 2 Duo E8700 CPU is required at a minimum to run Celestial Empire. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-1300F is recommended in order to run it. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 30 GB of free disk space available. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 is recommended in order to run Celestial Empire with the highest settings.
