The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel HD 4000. Furthermore, an AMD is recommended in order to run City Build Island with the highest settings. The minimum memory requirement for City Build Island is 4 MB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 8 MB of RAM in order to run City Build Island to its full potential. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install City Build Island.
