You will need at least 100 MB of free disk space to install Cloudy Day. An Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 CPU is required at a minimum to run Cloudy Day. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 510. Cloudy Day system requirements state that you will need at least 1 GB of RAM.

Cloudy Day will run on PC system with and upwards.
