Can I run Death Stranding 2 On the Beach?
To run the Death Stranding 2 PC requirements, we estimate you will need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU, an Intel Core i7-3770S CPU, 12GB of RAM, and 100GB of space.
Death Stranding 2 has so far demonstrated that it has not just an incredible graphics engine, but a physics engine capable of flooding a city with water and toppling buildings, and possibly your processor if your PC doesn't meet the Death Stranding 2 system requirements. While Kojima Productions have not released any official specifications for PC gamers, we have taken our many years of experience to predict what the Death Stranding 2 specs will likely demand from your rig come 2025 or 2026 once the game has received a PC port from PS5.
We predict that the Death Stranding 2 minimum requirements will call for an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card at the very least, with an Intel Core i7-3770S processor, and 12GB of RAM. Of course, this is what we predict you will need at the very least to get the game up and running, and it won't be enough to support full ray-tracing by itself.
So, with that we believe that the Death Stranding 2 recommended specs will need an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 GPU at minimum in order to get a stable FPS at higher resolutions, and you'll also need an Intel Core i9-9900K CPU, and 16GB of RAM to load the expansive worlds Kojima is known for creating.
Death Stranding 2 size - How big is Death Stranding 2?
We predict that the Death Stranding 2 download size on PC will require at least 100GB of SSD space. It is almost certain that a HDD won't cut it.
So, if you need more space or want to make an upgrade, check the PCGamesN buyers guide for the best SSD for gaming or just check the latest, best prices for SSDs.
Death Stranding 2 release date
Sadly, while Death Stranding 2 is available on PS5, a specific Death Stranding 2 release date for PCs remains to be seen. It is very likely that the game will remain a timed-exclusive for now, and release onto PC within a year of the original launch. Similarly, a Death Stranding 2 release date PS4 is also possible, but Kojima has not confirmed if the game will be available to the previous generation of Sony consoles.
