You will need at least 15 GB of free disk space to install Driving Around. An Intel Core i5-4570 CPU is required at a minimum to run Driving Around. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-8400 is recommended in order to run it. Driving Around system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 16 MB of RAM in your system.
