Empty World system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. An AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX CPU is required at a minimum to run Empty World. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 510 graphics card you can play the game.

Empty World will run on PC system with Windows 10 and upwards.
