This is also conditional on upscaling being set to "Quality" over "Performance", meaning even this relatively high benchmark won't be enough to get the game running at its best.

No, for that you'll need to meet the FBC Firebreak ultra specs which demand an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card, an Intl Core i7-8700K CPU or similar, and 16GB of RAM. At this level, you can finally turn the upscaling options up to "Performance". 

It remains strange that upscaling is an absolute requirements for the FBC Firebreak PC requirements, especially as optimization is a far better route to go down for most gamers. Regardless, you'll want to ensure your graphics card actually supports upscaling via DLSS or FSR before you grab a copy of FBC Firebreak.
