Forspoken System Requirements

Forspoken system requirements could stress out your gaming PC, especially if you're not rocking a high-end rig and the best graphics card around.

To meet Forspoken minimum requirements, you're going to need a GPU on par with the Nvidia GTX 1060, an Intel i7 3770 CPU, and 16GB RAM. However, that'll provide you with performance on par with the PS3, as you'll be capped at 720p 30fps.

To crank up resolution, you'll have to match Forspoken recommended specs, which include an RTX 3070 graphics card, 24GB RAM, and either an Intel i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3700 (or something that can boost to 3.7GHz).

Of course, if you're looking to run Forspoken with PS5 levels of performance, you'll need to aim for 'Ultra' recommendations, which include the recently released Nvidia RTX 4080, 32GB RAM, and a fresh Intel i7 Alder Lake CPU. Using this combo will enable you to play at 4K 60fps, but the developers haven't included settings with their Forspoken PC specs.

Forspoken release date

Square Enix's Forspoken release date lands on 24 January 2023, so you won't have to wait long for the RPG game to roll onto Steam.

Forspoken size

The Forspoken size comes in at a whopping 150GB. The game will work with ageing mechanical hard drives, but the developers strongly recommend playing it on an SSD instead, with an NVMe drive being necessary to meet the 'Ultra' requirements.

Forspoken will run on PC system with Windows 10 and upwards.
