Can I Run Gears of War: Reloaded?
To run the Gears of War remastered requirements, you'll need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, an Intel Core i5-6600K CPU or better, 8GB of RAM, and 70GB of space.
The original Gears of War has been remade, bringing with it a host of technological advancements and optimizations. Yet, despite being updated for 2025, the official Gears of War Reloaded PC requirements are pretty tame considering the 4K resolution and 120FPS support baked into the game.
In fact, the he Gears of War Reloaded minimum requirements only demand an AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card or equivalent to run, an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G processor, and 8GB of RAM. Compared to other AAA remakes, this is a surprisingly low bar of entry and should prove little challenge to older PCs and laptops. That said, you won't be able to enjoy the full 4K resolution or 120FPS support on this level of hardware, so you might want to aim higher if graphical fidelity is a critical issue to you.
Of course, to achieve a stable 60FPS or even 120FPS, you'll need to at least meet the Gears of War Reloaded recommended specs which require an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, an Intel Core i5-9500 CPU, and 8GB of RAM at the very least. Overall, this still isn't a high benchmark, but could prove a challenge to laptops in dire need of an upgrade.
If you're having any issues getting the game to run smoothly, make sure you optimize the Gears of War Reloaded settings.
