The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 is recommended in order to run GRUNND with the highest settings. To play GRUNND you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 1.80GHz. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Pentium 4 4.00GHz to play the game. You will need at least 5 GB of free disk space to install GRUNND.
