Can I run GTFO?

GTFO system requirements won’t tell your gaming PC to get out of town, but you’ll want to give your rig a once over before jumping into this survival horror. For starters, you should make sure your CPU is on par with an Intel Core i5-2500K. If you want to boost fps in this first-person shooter, you’ll need something closer to an Intel Core i7-7700. In terms of graphics, you’ll need something comparable to an AMD Radeon HD 7850 GPU, while a newer Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 will bolster performance.

Your rig will also need at least 8GB RAM installed to play GFTO, but you’ll need 16GB to enjoy the game at its full potential. Finally, you’ll want to free up at least 15GB on your gaming SSD or hard drive, which could be harder than it sounds if you’ve got games like Call of Duty: Warzone hogging a lot of room.

GTFO is finally available on Steam, and our friends at PCGamesN say "GTFO is the FPS that will get you into horror games". So, if you're into games like Back 4 Blood and Left 4 Dead, you might want to give this creepy co-op shooter a try.

GTFO Settings

When it comes to GTFO settings, developer 10 Chambers says the game is "optimized and does not demand too much of your computer", so you shouldn't have to boost fps. That said, if your rickety old rig is struggling, you should be able to adjust settings like shadows, lighting, and textures. unfortunately, GTFO doesn't support Nvidia DLSS or AMD FSR, meaning the AI scaling tech won't save you this time. Of course, if you're really stuck, you could reduce the game's resolution, but this should be a last resort.
