Guild Wars 2 System Requirements

The Guild Wars 2 system requirements are set very low so you should be able to run the game on a pretty old setup. An Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 CPU is required at a minimum to run Guild Wars 2. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 to play the game. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 6100. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. The developers say you should have a minimum of 4 GB RAM to play the game. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 50 GB available.

As of yet there is no Guild Wars 3 release date, though the game has many paid expansions for the game’s living world. These PC settings are good for the latest edition Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire | A Rogue God's Warpath requirements.

There is a GW2 DX12 mod, allowing the game to run on the newer DirectX 12 engine opposed to the DX9 engine that the game was developed on. The benefit of this is improved and more consistent framerates.
