Hard Chip system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run Hard Chip to its full potential. An Intel Core i3-2340UE CPU is required at a minimum to run Hard Chip. Whereas, an Intel Core i7-610 is recommended in order to run it. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install Hard Chip.
