HERO-E system requirements state that you will need at least 256 MB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 4 GB of RAM in your system. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 20 MB of free disk space available. To play HERO-E you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz. Whereas, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 is recommended in order to run it. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is a modern graphics card. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 510.
