Can I Run Hexcross?

Provided that you have at least an Intel HD 4000 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 510. To play Hexcross you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core Duo U2500. Whereas, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 is recommended in order to run it.
