An Intel Core i3-6100 CPU is required at a minimum to run Hexroll. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an AMD Radeon R7 260X. You will need at least 30 MB of free disk space to install Hexroll. The minimum memory requirement for Hexroll is 4 GB of RAM installed in your computer.
