To play High Flyer you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-2100. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-6500 is recommended in order to run it. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel HD 4000. Furthermore, an AMD is recommended in order to run High Flyer with the highest settings. You will need at least 230 MB of free disk space to install High Flyer.
