Hunger system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install Hunger. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an NVIDIA TITAN RTX is recommended in order to run Hunger with the highest settings. To play Hunger you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400.
