Junklands system requirements state that you will need at least 12 MB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 MB of RAM in order to run Junklands to its full potential. To play Junklands you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-3220. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-6700K to play the game.
