Can I run No Rest for the Wicked?

To run the No Rest for the Wicked system requirements, you will need an NVIDIA GTX 960 GPU, an Intel Core i5-8400 CPU, 16GB of RAM, and 35GB of space.

No Rest for the Wicked has launched into Early Access and, fortunately, it doesn't take a particularly powerful computer to meet the No Rest for the Wicked PC requirements. However, laptops and older PCs might struggle with the minimum RAM requirements.

To meet the No Rest for the Wicked minimum requirements, you will need an AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 graphics card, an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor, and 16GB of RAM. Just about most modern rigs should be able to meet this hardware requirement, but you won't get the best possible performance out of the game.

For a more graphically enchanced experience, you'll need to aim for a higher benchmark.

The No Rest for the Wicked system requirements call for an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU, an Intel Core i5-12600K CPU, and 16GB of RAM. This is quite the hardware jump from the minimum specs, but fortunately the RAM requirements are unchanged.

No Rest for the Wicked size

The No Rest for the Wicked download size on PC is 35GB of SSD space. The developer has stated that an SSD is recommended so, while the game might run on a HDD, you should aim to install the game onto an SSD. So, if you need more space or want to make an upgrade, check the PCGamesN buyers guide for the best SSD for gaming.

No Rest for the Wicked known issues

Several No Rest for the Wicked bugs have been quickly reported by the community following the No Rest for the Wicked release to Early Access. The developer has already acknowledged many of these common issues and has reported that work is underway to remedy them. Common issues include:

  • The inability to remap keys
  • Limited aspect ratio options
  • Performance issues across the board, particularly when loading in new areas
  • The lack of a pause option in singleplayer

Several issues have workarounds that have been proposed by the developer, though more official fixes are expected in an upcoming No Rest for the Wicked update

  • Player getting stuck or falling through the world - Exit to main menu, go to your Realm in the Realms view, then use the "Continue from Last Whisper" option
  • Progression loss - Reload an earlier save, specifically use the "Backups" option
  • Controller not working - Double-check that Steam Input is enabled on Steam as PlayStation controllers do not work if the option is disabled

If you're encountering a No Rest for the Wicked error or glitch, be sure to report it on the official No Rest for the Wicked forum, where the developer keeps a close eye on bug reports.
