Nomad system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Nomad to its full potential. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / nForce 630i. To play Nomad you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-1300F. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. Make sure your have 4 GB of free disk space in order to install Nomad.
