To play On Your Tail you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-650. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-3570 to play the game. On Your Tail system requirements state that you will need at least 6 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run On Your Tail to its full potential. Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game.
