Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an AMD Radeon RX 590 is recommended in order to run OveRRooT with the highest settings. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. An Intel Core i5-3570K CPU is required at a minimum to run OveRRooT. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-10600K is recommended in order to run it.
