An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run Paper Sky. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8700 to play the game. Paper Sky system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install Paper Sky. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 510. Furthermore, a modern graphics card is recommended in order to run Paper Sky with the highest settings.
