Parliament system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card you can play the game. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install Parliament. An Intel Core i5-12400T CPU is required at a minimum to run Parliament.

Parliament will run on PC system with Windows 11 and upwards.
