Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game. Perished Truth system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run Perished Truth to its full potential. To play Perished Truth you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-7500. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-8700 to play the game.
