Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 730. The minimum memory requirement for Project DAR is 3 GB of RAM installed in your computer. To play Project DAR you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-2500. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-3770 to play the game. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available.
