The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760. Furthermore, an AMD Radeon RX 570 is recommended in order to run Chronicles of Lilith with the highest settings. To play Chronicles of Lilith you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-2100. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-2500K is recommended in order to run it. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 30 GB of free disk space available.
