To play Pup Champs you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-2340UE. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-12400T is recommended in order to run it. Pup Champs system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Pup Champs to its full potential. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel HD 5000. Furthermore, an Intel HD 6000 is recommended in order to run Pup Champs with the highest settings.
