An Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 CPU is required at a minimum to run Raw Nerve. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an ATI FireMV 2400 PCIe. Raw Nerve system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. You will need at least 2 GB of free disk space to install Raw Nerve.

Raw Nerve will run on PC system with Windows® 7/Vista/XP and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
