Can I run Rise of the R?nin?

To run the Rise of the Ronin requirements, we predict you'll need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GPU, an Intel Core i5-7600K CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 80GB of SSD space.

At present, it seems as though Rise of the Ronin will remain a PS5 exclusive. However, with Microsoft reconsidering their console-exclusivity stance, and a Starfield PS5 edition on the cards, Sony may well follow suit and decide some of their PS5 exclusives deserve a port over to PC and Xbox.

So, assuming that Sony make Rise of the Ronin more widely accessible, we've put together our estimated Rise of the Ronin PC requirements.

We predict that 2024's Rise of the Ronin minimum requirements for PC will need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 graphics card at least, as well as an Intel Core i5-7600K processor, and 8GB of RAM to run the game on its lowest settings. Of course, this doesn't guarantee you'll be able to play the game well if it does come to PC, so you might want to aim for a higher level of hardware.

To that end, our Rise of the Ronin recommended specs should cover your PC no matter what optimization decisions (or lack thereof) are made should the game port from the PS5. We estimate an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, an Intel Core i5-10600K CPU, and 16GB of RAM will allow you to play the game on PC on the highest settings. Admittedly, this level of hardware might be overkill, but not if you want to achieve full ray tracing in Rise of the Ronin.

Rise of the Ronin size

We predict that the Rise of the Ronin PC download size will be around 80GB of SSD space. It seems unlikely that the game will be compatible with HDDs given the number of new releases on PC that require SSDs as a minimum requirement.
