In terms of game file size, you will need at least 500 MB of free disk space available. Rusty Dusty system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Rusty Dusty to its full potential. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel Media Accelerator 500. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750.
