Skate 4, also known as "skate.", is still very much in development, though numerous playtests for the game are underway. While a Skate 4 release date is still very much up for debate, you can sign up for the Skate 4 playtesting over on the official website. If you're successful and invited to the playtests, you'll get an email with the that playtest's Skate 4 PC requirements.

Of course, as the game is still in development, these requirements are subject to change. You will, however, need an active network connection at all times in order to play skate.
