The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 is recommended in order to run Slime Survivors with the highest settings. Slime Survivors system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Slime Survivors to its full potential.
