Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game. The minimum memory requirement for Spectral Scream is 8 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run Spectral Scream to its full potential. To play Spectral Scream you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-10600. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-11600 to play the game.
