To play Spinner you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-8265U. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-8750H to play the game. Spinner system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run Spinner to its full potential. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install Spinner. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel UHD Graphics 620. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050.
