An Intel Core i5-12400T CPU is required at a minimum to run Struggler. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an ATI FireMV 2260. The minimum memory requirement for Struggler is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. You will need at least 25 GB of free disk space to install Struggler.
