The Tekken 8 PC requirements punch in at a surprisingly low level compared to other fighting games of its caliber, though you'll certainly need to clear off some HD space as the game has quite a heavy weigh-in.

The developers have stated that, to meet the Tekken 8 minimum requirements, you will need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, an Intel Core i5-6600K processor, and 8GB of RAM at minimum. To put this into context, this level of hardware is roughly seven years old (at the time of the game's launch), making Tekken 8 very accessible for most PC gamers.

However, if you want the best performance and graphics, you'll want to stretch to the Tekken 8 recommended specs. The developers recommend an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, an Intel Core i7-7700K CPU, and 16GB of RAM in order to achieve the greatest stability for Tekken 8.

Fortunately, you won't need to fiddle with the Tekken 8 settings to get a stable performance when you launch the game for the first time. Bandai Namco have stated that a stable FPS of 60 or higher is guaranteed and selected under the graphic settings by default when the game is launched for the first time. Of course, this doesn't mean you'll get the best graphics or meet the Tekken 8 ultra specs, but it's good to know that some of the legwork for a good FPS rate is done for you!

The astonishing Tekken 8 download size for PC is a whopping 100GB of HDD or SSD space. On Xbox, you'll also need 100GB of space, but PlayStation players only require 80GB.

While the developer hasn't stated that an SSD is required, we highly recommend installing the game on an SSD anyway to ensure you get the best gameplay performance. Tekken 8 Steam Deck

With the right settings and the use of a compatibility tool, Tekken 8 runs quite well on Steam's own console. The official Steam page currently states that the Tekken 8 Steam Deck compatibility has been confirmed as "Playable". Fortunately, there are a few settings you can tweak in Tekken 8 to get the best performance out of your Steam Deck. Unfortunately, you'll want to set most of the Tekken 8 settings to "Low" or "Medium" if you want to achieve a stable 60FPS on the Steam console. Considering that the game requires compatibility which can only be supplied by "Proton Hotfix", it seems unlikely that the game will receive a glowing "Verified" rating.
