Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon R3 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an AMD Radeon RX 570 is recommended in order to run The Fallow City with the highest settings. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install The Fallow City. An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run The Fallow City. Whereas, an Intel Core i3-7100 is recommended in order to run it. The Fallow City system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system.
